power wash. If that's not an option use deck cleaner and a long handled broom to scrub.
Mix bleach (1 part) to 10 parts very warm water. Apply lightly to pavers in small sections and sweep well, , using a sturdy broom to lift moss. For difficult spots, reapply, sweep, let dry. The next day, you should notice a marked difference. Spray Wet n' Forget liberally to the pavers, using a garden sprayer.
Plain old white vinegar will kill it. Then just hose off.

I agree - I would try so me white vinegar. I get moss between my pavers. I often just dig it out with a stick and sweep it up.
Pour boiling water on it.
