I couldn't find what you're talking about, was it a project post? If so, Kathy is right, scroll to the bottom and there is a place for questions and comments.

  Scroll to the bottom of a Hometalk email and click on the sentence that says: You can adjust how often you receive this email or unsubscribe.
  Manage Notifications Settings gives you options on what notifications you get as well as limiting notifications to once per week. Or you can Unsubscribe completely.

  in top right corner you'll see your Icon (blue with your initial in it) click on that and go into your settings -email preference- then change it.
