Always use a brown paper bag & keep moving to a bare spot and keep ironing on the wax spot. You place the sack over & under the wax. Then iron the top, grease shows up & then move to clear spot until no more grease shows up. Works line a charm.

First put a ice cube on the spot when it hardens take a spoon and scrape off the harden wax. The rest can be washed out with Dawn and hot water. Ironing it will only keep the wax in the fabric. I have better luck with this method.
