Use Grease Lightening. Spray on, leave 20-30 minutes then wipe with cloth that has been dipped in very hot water and wrung out.

A wet SOS pad should make short work of this.

Brillo you need the silver trays that go inside for the drips also mr clean magic erase works well

I just found this great produce Goo Gone Oven Cleaner. My gas stove looked just like yours, I just sprayed it on (after removing parts) rubbed it around, let it sit 5-10 min. and then wiped it up. Some spots I had to rub a little harder, but my stove is brite and shiny. I put the parts in a plastic bag sprayed the product over the parts let them sit for about an hour, grease and burnt on stains can right off.

Spray with oven cleaner and let it sit overnight. Wipes right off with a wet sponge. Or to make it faster turn the burners on for a few minutes to warm it before spraying the oven cleaner on an let it set for about an hour then wipe it off. Using abrasive metals pads of any kind will damage the finish.

Easy.... wet just a little and sprinkle on baking soda. Let set for a few minutes, then rub with an old dishcloth or scrubby of some kind. It may take a little elbow grease and more baking soda, but it works and is non-toxic! I’ve cleaned my gas stoves for years this way.

Use a mr. clean magic eraser. It’s the easiest way to remove it. also good on refrig handles that have hand prints and. Door James, around light switches. Amazing product. Will remove about any grease stain.!

All great answers. However mine is so much easier. Let someone else do it ..lol but really. I have used all of the ideas. But it is best to stay ahead of the mess. Clean as you go. Be sure to clean out the little holes the fire comes out of and those drip pans from the 99 cent store are great. Have you looked under the top yet? That can start a fire too from built up grease .

I wouldn't advise SOS or Brillo since it will scratch the enamel. BarKeepers Friend or SoftSoap which are nonabrasive. Also line the burners with tin foil to protect from spillage and discard when dirty making for a ez clean up.

Spritz some warm water over the problem area, then sprinkle BarKeeper's Friend over the same area. Let sit for 10 min. Use a dry Go Daddy sponge to gently erase the problem area. This a miracle sponge, does not scratch enamel or any glass.

You can try all these other ideas if you want to but trust me, MR CLEAN MAGIC SPONGE is what I use on everything including grease issues. I have never tried it on anything that it didn't work on and they aren't expensive either. I have used this and that to clean or removed smears and stains and after giving up I would try my Mr. Clean Magic Sponge and presto it was done. I have a supply under my kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. Try it, you'll also be sold on them. I have a black glass top electric range and it cleans everything off of that, too, and no scratches!

I agree with Sue's suggestion about the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponge. Moisten the sponge well and rub on the stain, rinse and repeat until the stains are gone. It works every time and on most anything. I especial;y like to use it on the bottom of cups to remove the stains on the un-glazed bottom rim areas of coffee cups that look so ugly/dirty.

Hi David: I get them, too. I use Bar Keepers Friend and a Chore Boy or another or their products to scrub the area and/or a Magic Eraser (I get mine at the Dollar Tree) with a bit of soap and water. Products - Chore Boy Scrubbers

Hi David, hope this helps you. The best cleaners for your stovetops are items you probably have around your house to begin with like baking soda, white vinegar, lemon juice, water and dish soap. Recently I have tried Barkeepers Friend for this type of job and it works great as well!

I use the new Dawn Power wash. Spray it on let it sit for 30 minutes and wipe off with a sponge or magic eraser.
