How to make a window shade for a screen door?

Have plastic on top half of screen door would like to put a shade on door and secure down when weather is hot and can open when weather is cool

hold it down w Velcro...
Regular mini blinds include special clips that hold the bottom down on the door. You can open and close them by turning the wand. It works well. And is inexpensive.
You could use stick on hooks to hold the curtain rod
Maybe a roll-up blind/curtain !!??
I would try using heavy duty Velcro to hold it up. You can put Velcro above the window so that all you have to do is roll it up and attach it above the window all rolled up.
