If you don't know what you're doing, that is really something for a professional. If you want to save money, you can do things that don't require expertise. Like demo, painting, hanging a medicine cabinet or mirror and even tiling. Home depot has classes on how to tile. A shower floor needs a smooth pitch all the way around down to the drain. Electric and plumbing problems, especially after being walled up could cost quite a bit to fix.
