What can I use as a plant stand?

I use a large bowl, used as a saucer for large flower pots, as a nice big shallow birdbath. Our Robin's and songbirds love it. I also, set out jelly for the birds on my deck in a heavy glass small bowl.....However, this also is a lot of work washing off the deck daily as the birds eat and bathe as they relieve themselves all over our deck. So I need an idea of a stand large enough to accommodate the large flowerpot saucer and a bowl of grape jelly that we can move away from our deck, but at the same time be able to view all the birds activity at the birdbath and jelly dish. We hate the idea of a stand that isn't movable so we can mow the grass. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Would it be possible to fashion a stand from a tomato cage, or inexpensive metal wire plant stand that could be transferrable?

I don't think a tomato cage top would hold the weight of the water saucer filled with water and have room for a dish of jelly. But thank you for your ideas.

Large Aluminum pie pans Sprayed with Flex Seal filled with soil and grass seed or grapes, grow grass or grapes enough for any stationary Wire Planter Holder you can make from Tomato Plant Rings as long as you put these on a level surface like a patio.

I use cut up tree trunks to put flower pots on. The smaller ones would hold your bowl and also be light enough to move for mowing.
