Hello. The moles are likely eating insects- grubs in your soil.
I would love to find a solution too! I’ve tried to Tomcat trap and the Sweeney worms and they both didn’t work for my troubles. Some have suggested to get a cat - or- eliminate the grubs in the soil.
In master gardener classes the expert lecturer commented there are four possible solutions, get a cat, get rid of the grubs, get a trap or live with them.
Sorry to say I can say I've have not found my answer to eradicate these pests.

If lawn grubs are the problem, treat your yard with Grub X, yearly, or apply Milky Spore every year for 3 years. It's more expensive, but after the 3rd year, you should have no grubs for up to 10 years.

Check your local garden center. There are numerous mole repellants. The best repellent is a cat.
