I am very intolerant of chemicals in cleaning etc. My body can not handle them, so it makes me think of pets, water tables etc due to my own exposure. What I use is non toxic cleaner called Simple Green. It does a great job in all cleaning situations and can be found in concentrate in Walmart boat/camping/auto section and most home improvement stores in both concentrate and sprays. With a power wash it will kill any mold, mildew etc, deodorize and clean the outside for you. Hope this helps Anthony.
Anthony....Krud Kutter from Lowe's works well for us.
Hello, we have a waterfront location and easily get build up of mold and mildew use with our extreme humid micro climate. We have use this Oxi clean formulation power washing solution is quite effective and it will not harm landscaping. Plant friendly was important to me.
It might be an alternative to consider.
This product is labeled fabric, plant and turf friendly.

I hope this helps.
When the exterior is in need of serious cleaning I use a product called 30 Seconds, otherwise I use pool chlorine. Both work great on mobile/manufactured homes and stucco finishes. I do use a powerwasher which helps a lot for that deep cleaning removal. Best of luck.
