You don't. Nature does not work that way. Weeds are spread by wind, wildlife and people. Best you can do is use a weed preventive chemical or attack them once they appear.
Hello. Using a selective herbicide (Chemical that will kill the weeds not the grass )might be the easiest option if you’re not disagreeable about using chemicals. Hand pulling weeds to be exhaustive and an endless ongoing job.

Kill them with salt water vinegar mix.. Get it down to the root, not just spray weed.. For stubborn weeds I ad bit of bleacha
