What is the best paint to paint laminate kitchen cabinet doors?

First paint the door with ESP Multi surface Primer, then apply your paint.

Clean well, sand lightly, use a good primer and then paint. I like enamel paint for cabinets.

Clean, take off hardware (if not, looks like an amateur job... label doors to put back in correct places) PRIME! ...then two coats of a GOOD latex paint. ...after reattaching doors, treat them gently for about a month... to let the paint "cure"
