My backsplash.rolls down as counter. Can this be us as c top?

    in most cases, yes. The expensive countertops may be of stone, wood or other materials, but they are usually measured and cut to order and probably installed by professionals. But I’ve done some countertops myself that looked great and had a couple professionally done that didn’t look as great. I’d rather have builders grade done well instead of Georgia marble (my favorite) done poorly. Give it a try!

    I will assume you have a laminate countertop with a built in backsplash about 4" high. You can tile above that backsplash.
