How do I make a hole in Sheetrock look pretty?

My plumber had to cut into my Sheetrock to have access to plumbing, how do I make it look pretty without replacing the Sheetrock? Update..

how do I make it like an access door to the plumbing?

    Cover the hole with a mesh screen and spackle, Home Depot has both in the paint section, just ask. And paint over it.

      Yep, I've done this several times when drywall was damaged slightly. Not hard at all. If that fails, a handyman can patch it for you.

    Hi Tracy, you can cover the hole with a piece of paneling painted the same color as your wall, if it is going to be visible, you can decorate it up and put a frame around it, or just hang a picture over the hole. I lower, same thin, piece of paneling and paint it the same color as the wall.
