I take mine down and dip them in the tub filled with hot water and vinegar : 1part vinegar to 6 part water. Swish for several minutes. Shake of excess moiture and stack to let the eater drain off one end. Put back up in a couple hourd.

I’ve taken mine outside and spray with a hose. I also scrub them with a brush and soak a bit then rinse.

This is a job I think is easier in a bathtub or outdoors with a water hose. I like to use a scented dishwashing liquid and warm water. Each slat needs to be rubbed down front and back, and rinsed, then sun-dried if possible, then wiped off to erase water spots. Then the blinds can be rehung carefully, and they will scent your house gently.
