Hello Essie,
If you are worried about brush marks - Use a roller/foam brushes or Paint Roller Pro available on Telesales.
Add a top coat for protection. I like polycrylic because it's water-based, so easy clean up. Plus, it won't yellow over light paint colors.
Hello Essie! Depending on your door you might have to do some prep work first. Is it a old door that already has paint on it? You may have to do some sanding and repair, clean well, and prime before you paint. You might consider whether any old paint is lead based-that could be a health hazard. If it is a new door you should prime first, then paint. If you are using it for a dining table that will get frequent wiping I would use a poly over the paint.
