For the exterior of your home you can use pool chlorine mixed with water 50/50 in a hand sprayer. Spray then use a power washer to clean and rinse off. Works great for me and wont leave any water marks.
I have used my power washer but didn’t add bleach. I am going to use that next time!!! For sure!
Just watch the chemicals you use. They can kill your plants and pollute the dirt.
