I have seen bags of stuff for grubs, it is like a powder you can use for grubs. I don't have a problem with mole/voles because I have a small dog that was originally bred for digging out mice, moles, etc. She digs out there runs and our chow and she chase them down when they pop out. I have had three gifts on the patio in two days. End result, though, is that we end up with long holes in the ground where they run underground, but it works!
In small areas, trapping may be an effective way of reducing vole populations. Try Havahart live vole traps situated perpendicular to the widest vole runways or near the nesting sites at the base of trees and shrubs. Bait traps with peanut butter. Set baits midday to early evening when voles get more active.
