How do I make my yard beautiful?

I recently purchased my home a little less then a year ago and I am noticing things about my yard this summer that are completely different and annoying. For one I have a mole and is going through my WHOLE entire yard which is making it all very soft and lumpy. My grass is dead in most areas. i have a man made fire place which was there when I bought it and is under pine trees..... which we cannot use. All my yard is all not leveled and I do not have an area for seating and I am on a budget. Any ideas?

The mole is after grubs. U will have to treat yard to eliminate. Research on Google for your preference, chemical/non-chemical. Try Pinterest for ideas and solutions to problems.
You best bet is to invest in a new lawn, you can add top soil to make it even and then grass seed, but you have to water it daily.
