    Glue pads

The peppermint oil does work, but you have to refresh it quite frequently. Once a week at least; more often would be better. Glue pads are very cruel. If you are not squeamish, there are traps that catch them live and you can release them far away from your house. I live in the country so this is not a problem ... I'm not foisting them off on someone else. :)

The glue boards do well, just put them in the path of the roadways they use to get around. You can put them under and behind things to keep pets away from them if you have pets. Don't use poisons, you don't know where they will die until you start smelling them. Nothing worse than in the walls or even ceilings and you can't get at them to get rid of them.
