There is a lawn treatment to help with the grubs. This obviously will help with the other pests that come along too.

Mae currently have skunks digging our lawn to find the grubs!

We didn’t treat the lawn last year.

I had the same problem but my plants/flowers are all in pots. We live in the woods and have no grass. However someone told me about this and it really works - at least it did for me! Get an empty cat food or tuna can & wash it out. Put BEER in it and place around the areas you need to treat. For some reason the beer attracts them and they crawl into the can and die! I’ve gone out to check mine and it was completely full. You could place as many as you’d like. It’s worth a try, don’t you think? Hope it works for you.
