How do I make partial replaced sub floor, not same height match?

I had water damaged subfloor in bath, had bad part cut out and replaced, but slight difference in height 1/4", some joist added for support of plywood. How do I correct this?

Whoever did the repair didn't check for height and level. You buy 1/4" plywood at homecenter to level the floor.

Bring the whole floor up to the highest height and cover with Tile all over to finish off.
