Call him back in again to sort out the problem or threaten to get the job done and bill him for it! Failing that call in at your Large DIY store and ask for advice there. I believe there is a product, but can't remember the name, sorry.

Please with our getting into the story I am just looking for a way to remove some spots of glue. Will a Mr. Clean sponge work? Or a “goo be@ gone stuff ?? Anything??
