How can I grow strawberries?
What am I doing wrong? I follow the directions exactly and plant the root exactly. Then I wait. Then I still wait. NOTHING! Everyone says "they are so easy to grow" I can not figure out what I am doing wrong..please, any suggestions from anyone who has.gone through this and now can grow strawberries, would he greatly appreciated. 😊Thanks

Hello there, Plant strawberries and feed and water well with Tommerite for tomato's. Some strawberries only produce once a year whilst others fruit more often. Good luck! If you don't have luck in the ground or in Pots, try Hanging baskets. I have them in baskets myself...........
The first year you won't get many as the plant is becoming established. Some like to pinch off first year growth to make the plants stronger. I have never done that, but I live in zone 9 where they are easy to grow. My strawberry patch is about 25 years old. See if these help at all.
