How do I makeover a faux leather couch?

I have a great sectional couch that the faux leather has flaked off of quite a lot. How can I make it look good again without reupholstering it?

Hello, As I can't see exactly where the problem is, I will suggest one or two solutions!

    1. Stretch covers to fit your suite ( In UK we have 2 x Companies that make them.
    2. You Make Covers or buy them for the cushions.
    3. A shaped throw
    4. You look for a Plastic paint that is the colour of your suite and paint it?.
    5. Or maybe if it is brown or black, use a wax shoe polish?
    6. Have you tried using fitted sheets to cover it ?

Hope that's of some help, I have personally never had a faux suite, but the above are my thoughts.........

Even if you paint it , it will continue to flake off. Maybe only recover the seat cushions with contrasting fabric where it's worn the worse. Slip covers usually slip on leather

Slip cover or try sheets/bedding and tuck in to cover. I would recommend tacking in place with upholstery tacks.
