If I’m understanding this correctly, the design is etched into the tile. If that’s the case, you will not be able to remove the design. Most likely you have fired tiles with flowers imbedded in them, and you will have to remove the tile, not just the flower.
Now, you have to decide if you remove the tiles, can you find matching tiles to the remainder of the wall.
I would suggest scraping out the grout from around the flower tile first, so that if you get crazy with the hammer and chisel, you don't accidentally cause a neighboring tile to crack or come loose. With a cold chisel, lightly tap the tile until it cracks. Pry up under the tile until all the tile is removed, replacing the tile with thinset and grout.
