How do I build a fold-up cutting table for my sewing area?

I need to conserve space in my sewing area and I'm thinking about a cutting table that is attached to the wall and folds down. By the way, my walls are cement blocks as my space is in the finished basement.

It would be easier to buy a card table or similar type folding table that can be folded and stored against the wall when not in use.
Just Google ' fold up card table' and you get a lot of choices.
