Hi. This is really a personal decision based on what you like. If you like cool tones, soft blues and greys are really nice and greys are very popular right now. If you like warm tones off-whites and beiges are great. There are so many great neutrals right now that you can really use any colour that you are really drawn too. You can always snap a picture of the space and then head to your local paint store and either ask for some advice or look through the paint chips and see what you are drawn too for your space. Good luck!

I am a big fan of neutrals. My "go to" colors are Behr's Brown Teepe & Gobi Desert and Sherwin Williams' Light French Gray.

I highly advise getting a sample, paint a 3'x3' or so square on the wall, live with it a few weeks.

Me too. I would have been very upset if not for the sample. It’s too much money to spend and not love it.

  • Paint it the color you love. Relaxing colors are nice in a bedroom, but a hallway can handle something bolder since you're in it for such a short time.

I painted my bedroom in a light mossy green tone, it looks lovely and is so very soothing to the eye after a long hard day at work, and the color goes with everything

hello Sha, this is a matter of personal taste and choice, paint is the easiest and least expensive way to transform a hallway or a room. The other thing is the light fixtures, usually fairly inexpensive. My house is done in shades of blue as it is one of my favorite colors. Be brave and use some bold colors, step away from the beige and off white colors. I have attached a picture with the shade of blue I have
