Do you mean to print for invitations? If you're familiar with Adobe Illustrator, you can design some. Otherwise, you can buy some on Etsy. Look for digital paper or digital background.

What kind of geometric design and for what use? Decoration? Centerpiece?
Please provide more information as to what you would like to accomplish so we can give you ideas.
If you would like a geometric theme for the wedding, you can use squares, rectangles, triangles, circles, ovals, and other multi-sided figures in a hundred ways, from napkins and tablecloths , to the cake, take-home cake slice boxes, invitations and related printed materials, chair and table arrangements, lighting, and, of course, decorations. If scientists and mathematicians are involved, you will want to be more literal, with bold straight lines and solid curves, perhaps with some symbols and formulas used. If you have elementary school teachers or theorists you can be more playful with spirals, rainbow colors, and creative designs. Please ask any more specific questions because I am sure Hometalkers have many more answers. Best wishes! Jewell
