Hi Karen, whenever I've accidentally over watered something I've always repotted it, that seems to help a lot, or you could try setting it in a REALLY warm and sunny spot.

remove the saucer from bottom and set it up on something so the bottom has air circulation don't block any drainage holes if it is not rainy set it outside not in sun you'll burn it(unless it's use to being in the sun) it's already struggling so don't recommend repotting just give it some time to recover remove any rotting leaves.if the soil seems compacted try to aerate it some by using a fork to turn the soil and loosen it up just don't damage the roots.you can add some dryer soil to the soil in pot as you turn it with the fork. if it's rotting then may need to remove from pot clean off bottom of each plant piece removing rotted roots/leaves then replant into pot with added dry soil into soil then leave it be dry dry dry so it can try to regrow new roots. Sansevieria/Snake plant/Mother In-Laws tongue need watered less than 1x month(only when completely dry),kept root bound,in shallow/wide clay pot, very bright light, water soluble fertilizer 2x year(like Miracle grow)hope you can save it I have 7 varieties I love these plants

OMG.....you should gloat! OK I'm so envious it is beautiful, As long as I have had my snake plants no blooms I just wait & wait patiently it will make me so happy .Almost all my house plants have bloomed at one time or another but not the snakes I have several huge ones I tie together too. They can be unruly. They do love the AZ sun I'm here too. They do so much better when rarely transplanted.I also have many really old plants, one is a huge Split leaf Philodendron I have had since 1974.I call it Charlie & it has traveled with me to many states in the U.S. THX so much for sharing the photo of flowers! How tall is it? mine largest one is about 4ft. from soil top maybe when it gets tall enuf it will bloom maybe that's the key along with old age.
