How do I remove very minor scratches on the surface of a dining table?
My dining table has a high gloss polyurethane finish. It has some very minor scratches. How can I repair those without stripping off the old finish?

I've used coconut oil on mine
Hi Rebecca,
I've also used coconut oil but only on wood without a finish. However, I've read that coconut oil can leave a white surface so you have to be very sure that you rub it all in. If the surface gets cold, the white can show. I also found an article for you that shows a more acceptable method and also how to fix other marring issues. I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best.

There is paste wax that is designed to be used on finished wood furniture. Perhaps that would fill your very minor scratches.
Home Depot sells varnish that you put on with a cloth and rub on. It’s great get that use on scratches
