Hello, the typical problem with a sagging door is the screws in the top hinge are tearing out of the thinner trim wood. You can use a toothpick to add wood to the screw holes with some wood glue to make the screws tight or use longer screws, say 2 1/2" or 3" to go through the trim wood into the framing wood behind for a stronger fix. The screws into the framing should be approximately the same size as the smaller screws that are there, simply take one of the screws to a hardware shop and ask for the longer versions.

Check the hinges, especially the top one, you might need longer screws that will go further into the frame.

Make sure all the screws are tight. Door and frame. If any are loose you can use slivers of wood in the holes to tighten the screws. You may also consider removing one screw on each hinge on the door frame side and replace with 2 1/2" to 3" screws.
