How do I tighten loose electrical receptacles?

When I pull the plug from three of my electric receptacles the entire blue box start to come out of the wall.

It sounds like the box was not attached to the stud, and if that's the case, I'm not sure the video above will work since the box that's moving is what you're putting the screws into. The first solution in this video might be a better fix for your problem.
