How do I find paint that will glow in the dark outside?

I can't find any paint that will flow on flowerpots, stepping stone or rocks

Paint that will glow in the dark
There is some spray paint that is glow in the dark - a clear poly urethane which you can spray on other paint. Big Box hardware stores sell it.

Try spraying on some primer first Then spray on the glow in the dark paint that worked for me.
I believe I've seen glow in the dark spray paint. If it doesn't stick to those items, I would use a bonding primer first.
