I added a clothespin on the inside of the door for my gloves and dishrag, placing some contact paper on the door to keep water from coming in contact with the wood.
I used a tension rod and I hang cleaning supplies and other items from it - that will free up space on the bottom of the cabinet here are other ideas

I saw a great post recently where someone added a pole across the top of the cupboard to hang all the spray bottles which left plenty of room for the other detergents.
Rod didn't work for me. I purchased two plastic baskets to put .my cleaning supplies in. A paper towel holder on inside of door help also. I have A small waste can attached to the inside of the other door.
I use small plastic drawers
