Buy a cheap one at a thrift store and add your own fabric.
I've used everything from a storage box covered with fabric, to a trunk for ottomans. If you can cover it, cushion it, paint it, etc. and it is the right height, it will work. You can even build a wood box out of scrap wood, paint it and attach padding on top for a simple one.
