How can I make my particleboard floor attractive?

I'm 65 yrs old, I don't have construction experience

    You can sand it and paint it. Use,oil based primer and paint for it to be washed and durable. Sand between coats, no top coats,required.

    Can you paint your floor? I would try that. You can spread the paint with a roller on a stick so it is easier. Seal your paint with a sealer meant for a floor that can be washed. This should be an easy fix :) Have fun!

    How large is the flooring area that you are wanting to improve?

    Sanding and painting floors requires a certain amount of physical agility.

    Purchasing an area rug and simply laying it down on the floor is easier.
