How funny, those that have moss want to get rid of it, and those that want it, may not be able to grow it, like me! My climate is far too arid, typically around 10% humidity. Normal range is 40% to 60%. If in the lawn, try this:

If on a walkway or bricks or something similar, spray liberally with plain old white vinegar.
It is obvious you have a moisture problem in some areas. Weed and feed lawn fertilizer should take care of it.
You might also try lime to sweeten the soil. I have it and like it myself. Green and I don't have to mow it. It is also soft.
