What is your definition of natural?

Do you mind if they get eroded away when big rains come?

Do you expect them to be shovel-able when snow and ice comes?

Are you looking for something that has no edging, as in when you mow the grass next to it, there is no edging for the weed eater?

Do you expect them to have no weeds coming through the pathway, or walkway?

Perhaps you can show us a picture of something that appeals to you? And we can tell you how to build it.

Hello I favor stone and hardscape, you might consider looking at that as a possible consideration.

  • This is a garden path that I completely shocked myself and did all by myself in a weekend. Hope it helps with some inspiration! Hugs, Holly

Hi Meg - One of the easiest ways to make a natural looking path or walkway is by laying down landscape fabric and then use field stones for the edges or borders of your path and then add pea gravel on top of the fabric. Good luck!
