How long do solar lights last?

I purchased a dozen solar lights from Dollar Tree last year. I put them in my garage and forgot about them. This year I came across them again and would like to finally use them. Are they still good?

Probably... but easy to test....put them out in the sun and wait for dark
If they don't work, change the batteries.
They should be! Try them out.
Mine usually last several years
If they don't work, it might be more cost effective to just purchase new lights rather than purchase new batteries.
