How to paint laminate floor?

We have some burn marks on our laminate floor in the kitchen - want to paint a cool design in the burn area - how do I do that to last

Cut piece out at size of a tile of ur choosing and a laminate pc of tile in color or design of your choosing. Can add more than one to make floor unique.
Not able to cut laminate floor - that is why painting is the only solution.
