Which is the best Green House for beginners?

I really want a green house. My husband and I are "building challenged" so I need the easiest but best one for our needs. We would like about an 8' x 10/12'. Best ideas for us? Thanks so much!

Have a back up plan in case you get stuck - handyperson, family member, friend, etc. That has knowledge to get you out of a rough patch.
Harbor Freight sells kits as do other companies depending on the type you want. If it is to be used in winter it will require a fan and heat.
