How to protect flood lights and cameras when cleaning siding & awning?

I want to know how to protect the flood lights and cameras when, cleaning the house vinyl siding, & awning , etc .

Perhaps cover them with plastic bags form fitted and taped on to cover only the lights and cameras.
Plastic bags suffice but for added protection, if they're power washing, wrap them in bubble wrap to protect the glass from breaking!
Oricks...I would 3rd that or that is exactly what I would do. It should talk care of those items that do not need to get wet!
