I'm not sure this will be possible. I would ask the hardware store to cut the pieces for you, they should be able to do that if you can tell them the dimensions.
Hi Melody. You can use standard lengths of wood such as 2x6x8 for your deck base, 1x6x10 for the top, and the skirt all without cutting. You could also use pallets laid together on level ground. Rails could be done horizontally to avoid any cutting as well, attaching them to 4x4 posts dug and set into the ground at your preferred height.😊
You can try using standard sizes like this one: https://www.frugalfamilytimes.com/2016/08/how-to-make-hot-tub-deck-for-250-and-2.html?m=1
Just be aware that if you are using wolmanized or pressure- treated wood, some stores will not cut the wood for you. The dust can be toxic.

I've done this a few times. The trick is to build to the size of your lumber. I believe 16 feet is the longest dimensional lumber you can buy (at home depot anyway), so design a 16 foot wide or long deck. The depth can be anywhere from 8 feet, to 16 feet (if you want a giant square). Then all you need is a hammer and nails and to buy the appropriate size boards.
