How do we install a cast iron kitchen sink?

More specifically, what is a good way to support such a heavy sink so the sink base can handle the weight?

Most of weight is on the countertop. Make sure its thick enough to handle it.
My counter is recycled concrete (Lowes) and my sink is resting on it.
