How can I paint/dye a microfiber reclinerits tan now and fabric in good condition but I've cleaned. It so much it is spotty looking any suggestions. Thanks

Which part of the recliner needs painting? Are you thinking just the discoloured parts? Is this area a coushion where the cover is removable? If so RIT makes fabric dye that should work. I've dyed fabrics in the washer and is quite do-able with minimal mess.
