I would install a Ring doorbell! You can talk through the doorbell if you see the delivery person and ask them to hide it behind the bushes, etc. and it also gives you a video that records any activity going on around your front door/porch area. They're very easy to install!
Sometimes a simple box on the porch is helpful. It can be a simple crate with a stencil or an old tin with a lid. Smaller packages can be put inside if you can give your delivery service the instructions to do so...
