You could pull them, or cover them with vinegar or boiling water.
Jim...Try 2 cups apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cut Epson salt, and a little Dawn. Pour in spray bottle and shake before using.
1 gallon of vinegar, 1 cup of salt and 1 Tablespoon of Dawn. Spray in the morning on a SUNNY day and it will dry the weeds out. We use this on our paver walkway about once a month in spring, summer and fall.
Vinegar in a pump sprayer is all I use. Easy and quick! Just be sure to drench the weeds in direct sunlight.
