I do I even out the drive out of my car port?

Bought a home with car port rod iron gate runs on a railing bar shape like triangle that makes my vehicle rear tires go up like a small hill as pulling slowly out then rolls down and hitch of vehicle hits hard on ground how can it be fixed for smooth drive out
