Acetone the kind you buy in Lowes in a blue can not nail polish remover. Or just get a straight edge razor and scrape it off.

  Acetone from the hardware store is much stronger than nail polish remover. It works really well, but make sure the room is ventilated.

Scrape off what you can. Use nail polish remover, Goof Off, rubbing alcohol.
