How to remove epoxy from table top?
I had many bad spots and bubbles. I have been sanding it with 80 grit paper and not sure how long to continue with this paper or should I switch to a fine paper. And what grit. A few spots are too the wood. Or would it be better to use paint thinner or something?

Fine grit sand[paper won't work at all. 80 grit is a very coarse paper and should do it but you'll go through a lot of paper and it will take forever depending how thick the epoxy is. You can try a coarser paper like 60 grit but still will take a long time. I would try a heat gun or hair dryer on high to soften the epoxy and scrape it off with a putty knife. Then sand off the rest.
